Thank you for your understanding of our need to curtail in – person visits in consideration of our recent outbreaks in three local facilities, and our identification and containment of a COVID positive staff member at Thompson House. It is through the great work and dedication of the Infection Prevention team and staff members in cooperation with families and residents that we were able to stop this infection in its tracks, and successfully ensure that it did not spread to our residents and other staff.
Due to this success, we are now able to re – open in – person visits at Thompson House. All processes that were in effect for scheduling and attending these visits will be reinstated. Please call Thompson House between 10am and 2pm Monday – Friday to schedule a visit, or to be informed of the process for doing so.
Your support and cooperation throughout this pandemic have been essential. We appreciate everything you are going through with us to make Thompson House the safest place to be during the pandemic.
